14 Day - Defective Product Policy

If your product has developed a fault within the first 14 days of your delivery date, we offer an expedited exchange process. To help us process your exchange faster please ensure:

  • The product does not have physical or liquid damage.
  • The product has its original packaging and accessories.

Contact us within 14 days of your delivery date, providing your purchase details, a description of the fault , including photos of the issues you are experiencing at or use the Online Form to submit a claim.

Dead on Arrival/Damaged in Transit

If your product is damaged in transit or is dead on arrival, please take a photo of the damage or issue with the product, and contact us immediately (same day) at or use the Online Form to submit a claim.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
