All Pre-Owned products sold by TeleChoice come with a 12month warranty from the date of purchase shown on the invoice. All Pre-Owned Phones are used devices. The handset device will show some wear and tear, but the unit has been fully tested and quality checked to ensure full functionality. Each Pre-Owned Unit has been graded as A Grade and are in very good cosmetic condition but may have minimal signs of marks/dents on the Frame/Screen of the device.

The phone must be brought back or sent to the original place of purchase for all warranty purposes. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. And the phone will not be covered under warranty if:

  • It has been tampered with
  • There are visible signs of physical damage
  • There is liquid ingression

14 Day - Defective Product Policy

If your product has developed a fault within the first 14 days of your delivery date, we offer an expedited exchange process. To help us process your exchange faster please ensure:

  • The product has its original packaging and accessories.

Contact us within 14 days of your delivery date, providing your purchase details, a description of the fault , including photos of the issues you are experiencing at inventory1@telechoice.com.au or use the Online Form to submit a claim.

Dead on Arrival/Damaged in Transit

If your product is damaged in transit or is dead on arrival, please take a photo of the damage or issue with the product, and contact us immediately (same day) at inventory1@telechoice.com.au or use the Online Form to submit a claim.

Please note our 14 Day - Defective Product Policies only apply to products purchased for personal use and excludes any products purchased for resale or business use. If you purchase more then three phones/tablets/smartwatches in a single transaction and you are purchasing as (or on behalf of) a business we consider the products to be for business use.
